February 2024 BOA Decisions | Meeting Date: February 7-10, 2024

Notice of Accreditation Actions

Accrediting agencies recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) are required to notify the public of the basis for final accreditation decisions. The CSWE Board of Accreditation (BOA) publishes a notice of accreditation actions on its website after each meeting. BOA meets in February, June, and October each year.

BOA decisions include an elaboration on the basis for which the decision was made.

Deferrals require additional information requested of the program to inform a BOA decision.

Letters of Instruction (LOI) request the site visitor to gather additional information about a program to inform a reaffirmation decision.

The BOA took the following actions at its February 2024 meeting regarding the social work programs below.

Standards referenced in this report can be reviewed in our 2022 EPAS, 2015 EPAS, Accreditation Standards for Professional Practice Doctoral Programs in Social Work (2020), and Post-Master’s Social Work Fellowship Accreditation Standards (2021).
